I design for the part of the product where things get complicated

I started in visual storytelling and digital production — VFX, craft, deadlines, and a habit of looking closely at detail. That work taught me composition, discipline and how to ship under pressure; it also taught me that the hard part is rarely the artefact, it is the process around it.

Today, I’m a Senior Experience Design Manager and hands-on product design leader with 17+ years of professional experience across digital design and visual communication, including more than 7 years focused on UX/UI and enterprise product design. I lead and mentor designers while continuing to own complex product experiences from discovery through delivery — research, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, design systems, accessibility and cross-functional collaboration.

Most recently at IQVIA / IMS Health, I led end-to-end UX/UI design for enterprise healthcare SaaS platforms: complex workflows, legacy modernization, the IQVIA design system (IDS), accessibility and daily collaboration with product, engineering and global stakeholders. I mentored designers through 1:1s, critiques and design-system adoption workshops, and applied AI-assisted workflows across discovery, synthesis, ideation, documentation, prototyping, accessibility reviews and stakeholder communication.

Healthcare is one strong proof point, not my identity. The through-line is complex digital products: enterprise SaaS, information-dense tools, workflow platforms, and increasingly AI-assisted product experiences.

My path through mathematics, VFX, and enterprise UX isn’t a detour — it’s a lens. Spatial thinking, frame-level precision, and system-level logic are what I bring to every product problem.

I work AI-natively. AI widens exploration, speeds prototyping and helps evaluate accessibility and consistency. The strategic, ethical and contextual decisions stay mine.
